Football & Halloween

Well, the football season has come to an end. Zeke's team, the Hawks, placed 4th in the NFIC Lightweight Division. They played some really terrific games and came together as a team as the weeks marched on. They leanred a TON of new plays and, most importantly, had a fun time.

Our team celebrated the end of the season with a picnic after their final game. It was pretty chilly, but everyone was such good sports. Here is the album:

For Halloween, Adam's sister Mona, her husband John and there soon-to-be-adopted-daughter Charity came down to go trick-or-treating. We were joined by "the other Mays" from down the street.

Mona was in charge of makeup, and she got Zeke and Charity ready for their haunting experience.

What us moms learned is that trick or treating is a lot more fun when you bring your own beverages. Adam and the men stayed behind to hand out jambalaya and beer to passers-by.

Clare went to a friend's house for a Halloween sleepover. Five of them dressed as Spice Girls. Unfortunately I have no pictures of that because Clare took the camera and promptly neglected to use it.

So just use your imagination.
